Keene State Comes from Behind to Defeat Framingham State University Baseball 12-9

Keene, N.H. – The Framingham State University baseball team was defeated 12-9 Wednesday afternoon by Keene State College in non-conference action at the Owl Athletic Complex.  With the win, the Owls avenge and extra inning loss to the Rams earlier this season and improve to 15-18 on the year. The Rams dip to 10-21 on the year with the loss.

Freshman RC Goodman (Springfield, Mass.) paced the Rams going 1-for-2 with two runs scored and 3 RBI on his first collegiate homerun.  Sophomore Kyle Pileski (Bristol, Conn.) added a pair of RBI and a run scored, while freshman Kyle Dembrowski (Natick, Mass.) added a pair of hits.

Joe Libby and Christian Bourgea led the Owls going 4-for-5 with three runs scored and two RBI apiece.  Vinny Parilla and Mac Struthers drove in two runs apiece.

The Rams used seven pitchers in the game with freshman Aaron Williams (Brockton, Mass.) absorbing the loss going 1.1 innings and allowing three runs, one earned, on three hits with two walks and a strikeout.
