Roush Takes 13th on One Meter Board at NCAA Regional Meet

ANNAPOLIS, Md. - Emma Roush finished 13th overall on the one-meter board highlighting a trio of divers competing at the NCAA Zone A Regional Meet on Monday afternoon. She was joined by teammate Katie Polk who placed 20th overall and men's diver Trent Kindvall who placed 27th in the three-meter event.

The regional meet will resume competition on Tuesday (today) beginning at Noon when the men take to the one-meter board and the women compete on the three-meter board.

Roush scored 236.05 points in the preliminary and quarterfinal round of diving on Monday afternoon. That advanced her to the afternoon finals where she finished with a 12-dive total of 471.45 points.

Polk placed 20th overall with a score of 234.60 in the preliminary and quarterfinal round and was just outside the top-18 who advanced to the afternoon finals.

Kindvall turned in a 27th-place performance on the three-meter board with a score of 264.70 points.
