BC HIGHLIGHTS
  • Senior Jessie Daulton went 1-of-3 at the plate with a stolen base and a run scored. She has now collected a hit in four consecutive games and seven of the last eight.
  • Sophomore Jessica Dreswick threw five scoreless innings, allowing three hits while striking out one.
  • The Eagles have now won two straight games and nine of their last 10.

TURNING POINT
  • Boston College scored two in the top of the sixth and held on to win.

HOW IT HAPPENED
  • For the second consecutive game, Daulton broke a scoreless tie in the top of the sixth inning. This time, the senior plated a run by stealing home. Sophomore Jordan Chimento followed that up by immediately doubling, scoring sophomore Chloe Sharabba.

UP NEXT
The Eagles will open up ACC play against Georgia Tech on Friday, March 11 at 4 p.m. at Shirley Clements Mewborn Field in Atlanta, Ga.
