In the morning, the President will receive the Presidential Daily Briefing in the Oval Office. 

In the afternoon, the President will sign the bipartisan bill to cut student loan interest rates. 

Later in the afternoon, the President will hold a press conference.

Following the press conference, the President will meet with Secretary of State Kerry in the Oval Office.

The Vice President and Dr. Jill Biden will be in Long Island, New York.

10:00 AM	The President receives the Presidential Daily Briefing Oval Office
2:00 PM	The President signs the bipartisan student loans bill, cutting student loan interest rates Oval Office
3:00 PM	The President holds a press conference East Room
4:15 PM	The President meets with Secretary of State Kerry Oval Office
