10:45 a.m. Secretary Kerry holds a bilateral meeting with Iraqi Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari, at the Department of State.11:15 a.m. Secretary Kerry delivers remarks at the Diplomatic and Political Joint Coordinating Committee Meeting, with Iraqi Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari, at the Department of State. 
12:00 p.m. Secretary Kerry hosts a swearing-in ceremony for Douglas Lute as U.S. Permanent Representative to NATO, at the Department of State.
1:00 p.m.  Secretary Kerry hosts a swearing-in ceremony for Danny Sepulveda as U.S. Coordinator for International Communications and Information Policy, at the Department of State.
2:00 p.m. Secretary Kerry hosts a swearing-in ceremony for Matthew Barzun as U.S. Ambassador to the Court of St. James, at the Department of State.
3:00 p.m. Secretary Kerry hosts a swearing-in ceremony for John Rufus Gifford as U.S. Ambassador to Denmark, at the Department of State.
DEPUTY SECRETARY BILL BURNS
10:00 a.m. Deputy Secretary Burns delivers remarks at the Transatlantic Diplomatic Fellows Graduation Ceremony, at the Department of State.
12:00 p.m.  Deputy Secretary Burns attends a meeting at the White House.

UNDER SECRETARY FOR POLITICAL AFFAIRS WENDY SHERMAN

Under Secretary Sherman is on foreign travel to Nigeria from August 14 through 16, as the head of the U.S. delegation to the Binational Commission. During her trip, Ambassador Sherman will also hold consultations with government officials and civil society. 

ASSISTANT SECRETARY FOR EAST ASIAN AND PACIFIC AFFAIRS DANNY RUSSEL4:00 p.m.  Assistant Secretary Russel delivers remarks at the ASEAN Day Celebration, at the Department of State.

SPECIAL ADVISER FOR GLOBAL YOUTH ISSUES ZEENAT RAHMAN

Special Adviser Rahman is on foreign travel in Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, and the West Bank through August 18 to meet with young Israelis and Palestinians from across economic, political, and civic spheres.
