2:00 p.m. Deputy Secretary Burns attends a meeting at the White House.

UNDER SECRETARY FOR POLITICAL AFFAIRS WENDY SHERMAN
Under Secretary Sherman is on foreign travel to Nigeria from August 14 to August 16, as the head of the U.S. delegation to the Binational Commission. During her trip, Ambassador Sherman will also hold consultations with government officials and civil society.
