Rachel Sarah Bilson born August 25, 1981 is an American actress. Bilson grew up in a California show business family, and made her television debut in 2003, subsequently becoming well known for playing Summer Roberts on the prime-time drama series The O.C. Bilson made her film debut in the 2006 film The Last Kiss and starred in the 2008 action/science fiction film Jumper. She is currently starring as Dr. Zoe Hart on The CW's Hart of Dixie.

Hart of Dixie "A Better Man" Airs Friday April 25th

Fans of the CW series 'Hart of Dixie' will be able to watch an all new episode this Friday night (April 25th) at 9pm ET/PT entitled "A Better Man". Zoe finds herself in an awkward position with Wade and Vivian; things between Lavon and AnnaBeth start to affect the town; Lemon gets a less-than-perfect health inspection score and sets out to fix it; George agrees to go on a date.

Rachel Bilson leads a stellar ensemble cast in this fish-out-of-water comedic drama about small-town living, big city attitudes and complicated love triangles. It’s been nearly two years since Dr. Zoe Hart (Rachel Bilson) moved to BlueBell, Alabama, and shook up life in this small town. Hart of Dixie "Back in the Saddle Again" Airs Tonight April 18th

Fans of the CW series 'Hart of Dixie' will be able to watch an all new episode tonight at 9pm ET/PT entitled "Back in the Saddle Again". Zoe and Lemon turn to each other for girlfriend advice; Wade takes Vivian out; Lavon loses focus while bidding on bringing the County Fair to BlueBell when he learns that AnnaBeth is dating; Magnolia tries to get Brick to leave so she can throw a party.

Rachel Bilson Grace's Cosmopolitan May Issue Cover (Behind The Scenes Video)

Rachel Bilson is beautiful in a pink strapless dress as she grace's the cover of Cosmopolitan‘s May 2013 issue, on newsstands April 9.

Here is what the thirty one year-old Hart of Dixie actress had to share with the magazine Cosmopolitan:

On how she spends free nights with boyfriend Hayden Christensen: “I love to cook, so we make dinner at home a lot and watch movies.”

On having kids: “I definitely have family on the brain. Having kids is something I want to see in my future – I hope.”

On being a good girlfriend: “I’m a really good girlfriend – I always put all that first in my life. I’m definitely the person who would make him his favorite dinner to come home to.”

On what she wears for a hot date: “Guys are so visual. I can never go wrong with a tight dress or a short skirt.”

Rachel is wearing an Oscar de la Renta bustier and shorts with a Dior belt on the cover.

Hart of Dixie "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together" Premieres Tuesday March 5th

Fans of the CW series "Hart of Dixie" will be able to watch an all new episode Tuesday night at 8pm entitled "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together". Taking sides, Zoe (Rachel Bilson) tries to keep her feelings about Wade (Wilson Bethel) under control, causing her to become overly protective when it comes to Rose (guest star McKaley Miller) and her boyfriend. Lavon (Cress Williams) and Wade are forced to work together at the church’s casino fundraiser, but when money goes missing suspicion immediately falls on Wade. Meanwhile, Brick (Tim Matheson) and Shelby’s (guest star Laura Bell Bundy) big decision about their relationship pushes a concerned Lemon (Jaime King) to try and sabotage things with the help of George (Scott Porter.) David Paymer directed the episode written by Jamie Gorenberg.

"Hart of Dixie" stars Rachel Bilson as Dr. Zoe Hart, Jamie King as Lemon Breeland, Wilson Bethel as Wade Kinsella, Cress Williams as Lavon Hayes, McKaley Miller as Rose and Scott Porter as George Tucker.

Gymnast McKayla Maroney will guest star in this episode making it her third.
