...BLIZZARD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 3 AM EST SUNDAY...

* LOCATIONS...INCLUDE EAST COASTAL PLYMOUTH COUNTY... CAPE COD...
  MARTHA'S VINEYARD...AND NANTUCKET.

* SNOW ACCUMULATION...OF 15 TO 20 INCHES.

* TIMING...SNOW OVERSPREADS THE AREA THIS MORNING AND BECOMES
  HEAVY THIS AFTERNOON AFTERNOON AND EVENING...THEN TAPERS OFF
  LATE TONIGHT. WINDS WILL INCREASE SUBSTANTIALLY THIS AFTERNOON
  AND BLIZZARD CONDITIONS ARE MOST LIKELY TO BE REALIZED BETWEEN
  4 PM AND 10 PM.

* IMPACTS...BLIZZARD CONDITIONS ARE POSSIBLE AS SNOW BECOMES
  HEAVY AT TIMES ALONG WITH GUSTY NORTHEAST WINDS RESULTING IN
  CONSIDERABLE BLOWING AND DRIFTING OF SNOW WITH NEAR WHITE OUT
  CONDITIONS FORECAST. UNTREATED ROADS WILL BECOME SNOW COVERED
  AND SLICK. VISIBILITY WILL BE REDUCED. TRAVEL WILL BECOME
  HAZARDOUS.

* WINDS...NORTH 20 TO 30 MPH WITH FREQUENT GUSTS OF 40 TO 45 MPH.

* VISIBILITIES...BELOW ONE QUARTER MILE AT TIMES.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A BLIZZARD WARNING IS ISSUED WHEN SUSTAINED WINDS OR FREQUENT
GUSTS OVER 35 MPH ARE EXPECTED WITH CONSIDERABLE FALLING AND/OR
BLOWING SNOW. VISIBILITIES WILL BECOME POOR WITH WHITEOUT
CONDITIONS AT TIMES. THOSE VENTURING OUTDOORS MAY BECOME LOST OR
DISORIENTED. SO PERSONS IN THE WARNING AREA ARE STRONGLY ADVISED
TO STAY INDOORS.

TRAVEL WILL BE DIFFICULT. ONLY TRAVEL IN AN EMERGENCY. IF YOU
MUST TRAVEL...KEEP AN EXTRA FLASHLIGHT...FOOD ...AND WATER IN YOUR
VEHICLE IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY.
