Later in the morning, the President will participate in the latest installment of “Live from the White House” by conducting a round of interviews with Spanish language television anchors from Dallas, Denver, Los Angeles and New York to make the case for bipartisan, common sense immigration reform. While in Washington, the local anchors will broadcast Tuesday from a special location on the South Lawn and spend the day with behind-the-scenes access to the White House and the President’s top advisers.
At 10:00 AM, the Vice President will swear in Ed Markey as Senator of Massachusetts at the U.S. Capitol.
In the afternoon, the Vice President will attend meetings at the White House.
