  UP TO A TENTH OF AN INCH OF ICE ACROSS NORTHERN CONNECTICUT.

* TIMING...TONIGHT AND TUESDAY MORNING.

* IMPACTS...HEAVY SNOW WILL LIKELY HAVE A HIGH IMPACT ON THE
  TUESDAY MORNING COMMUTE.

* WINDS...NORTHEAST 5 TO 15 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 40 MPH.
