BREAKING NEWS: Firefighters Battling 95 Slab Bridge Road Freetown Fully Involved Structure Fire

8:18pm Update: According to Freetown Police, At approximately 6:24 pm, Freetown Communication received a 911 call reporting a structure fire at 95 Slab Ridge Rd by the homeowner.

First responders arrived on scene and discovered that the dwelling was completely engulfed.

Assisting the Freetown Fire Dartment, the towns of Berkley, Dartmouth, Lakeville, Rochester, and Raynham have provided fire engines and manpower to fight the blaze. Freetown Animal Control is assisting with animals located at the residence. Freetown State Forest Rangers were able to pitch in and help.

We ask for the public's help by avoiding the Freetown State Forest entrance where the fire is generally located.
