Joseph Paul Manley: Witnessing the devastating impact of workplace violence and security threats throughout my 35-year career in law enforcement and security management inspired me to start Risk Mitigation Technologies, LLC. My experience as a Police Lieutenant and security management professional with specialized expertise has equipped me with the skills to address these challenges effectively. I realized that a proactive, root-cause approach to security could make a significant difference in creating safer workplaces. Our comprehensive and customized solutions are designed to meet each organization's unique needs, ensuring the most effective strategies are implemented.
